Pier Fishing is where you can find all the anglers dropping their lines in Virginia Beach. Located along the beach is the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Fishing Pier at 15th St. One of many fishing piers located in the state of Virginia, and the only pier accessible from the boardwalk. If fishing is what you enjoy, drop in a line and you can have a chance to catch croakers, pompano, kingfish, pigfish, trout, bluefish, red drum, Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, rays and moreh. Pier Fishing is fun for the whole family and the kids love getting souvenirs on the pier.

The Little Island District Park offers visitors other amenities such as paved parking, handicapped accessible restroom facilities, beach access, sheltered picnic tables with grills, and playground areas.
