Our name, Confetti, as well as everything we do was inspired by this rich Italian heritage. Italians are famous for many things, but more than anything for enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Even their grandest culinary creations are based on a few simple ingredients, but we were most captivated by how the thousands of gelato (ice cream) shops, coffee bars, and sandwich shops have influenced the daily lives of people throughout Italy. Our vision is to bring a few of those simple pleasures to the United States.
