When Daily Grind opened it's doors to the public, it was the first store to do so in the Cosmopolitan building. When we took over as the second owners of this cozy and modern Cafe in 2012, we've gone through extensive regaining of the loss of trust of customers who weren't happy with the way the previous owners ran the place. We went back to business 101, and started with basic Customer Service, but soon realized it wasn't enough to get our reputation restored, so we took it a step further by getting involved with the community, and giving back some of the support we were getting from them.
