Inn History: Built in the early 1900's, the original house had a colorful role in the life of the city at the turn of the century. Local historians report that the house was used to accommodate the families of surfmen stationed at the US Coast Guard Station for the summer holidays. Several years after the station closed, the 'real Angie' bought the place and operated it as a rooming house. Many legends remain about Angie's iron hand, warm heart, and Italian hospitality. Inn Notes: Early 20th century beach house located in the heart of the resort area, one block from the ocean. Cute, casual, cozy, quiet, smoke free and extra clean with fresh flowers everywhere.
