Join the Virginia Beach SPCA for the fourth annual Howl-0-Ween Pub Crawl and Pet Costume Contest! The fun takes place Saturday, October 26th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. We will be crawling to local pubs around the 31st Street corridor at the Oceanfront, all in support of homeless animals. This is a dog friendly event, so bring your pup, plan your costumes, and get ready for a tail-wagging good time!
