Kick off your Halloween spirit early and head to Virginia Beach Town Center as a ghoulish assortment of characters invade Town Center of Virginia Beach at Fountain Plaza!

Prepare for a ghoulish assortment of characters to take over, turning the Fountain Plaza area into THE scariest place to party in preparation for Halloween.

Theres something fun for the entire family at this free public event with Trick-or-Treating (courtesy of the many awesome participating merchants), arts and crafts, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon artists and even get this a Thriller dance performance.

Come dressed in this years costume and prepare to scare. And be prepared for a ghoulishly good time!

Activities take place from Noon-4:00pm, and are guaranteed to entertain and delight the youngest of Halloween fans.

Dress up in your finest Halloween attire and participate in family-friendly games, crafts, and other fun activities like pumpkin decorating at our Pumpkin Patch.

Visit Candy Stations all around Town Center (while supplies last).

This year’s theme is SUPERHEROES! Dress in your finest Superhero costume and join the fun!

Thrill to circus acts at the Fountain Plaza featuring several performances throughout the day.
