Operation Smile is excited to announce its upcoming Fall SmileFest, a family-friendly outdoor festival and artisan market, taking place on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m at its global headquarters in Virginia Beach. This free community event, open to all ages, will raise awareness and funds to help provide life-changing surgeries for children with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial differences worldwide.

Fall SmileFest will feature:
Artisan Market: Discover handmade goods, unique crafts, and products from local vendors.
International Food Fair: Savor a variety of global cuisines.
Live Performances: Enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the day.
Kids Zone: A dedicated area for children, featuring fun and interactive activities.
