This is the south end of the boardwalk.  Since Virginia Beach technically doesn’t have a “1st Street”, we had to start this on 2nd Street. It stretches 10 blocks from Grommet Island Park and 1st Street Jetty to the Hampton Inn Virginia Beach – Oceanfront South.  This south end of the boardwalk doesn’t have a lot of major boardwalk events but it does have quite a few beach events, great restaurants and a popular live music stage at 7th Street Stage. Don’t be fooled by the lack of major events on the boardwalk.  There is still quite a bit to do here!
