This is also part of Beach Street USA (the main part of boardwalk).  It goes from The Capes Hotel at 20th Street all the way to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.  There always seems to be something to do in this stretch of the boardwalk.  If there are any large boardwalk festivals, they will most certainly be accessible in this section of the boardwalk.  If there isn’t anything going on at the boardwalk, you could probably find something going on at the 24th Street Stage / Park.
