Fountain Plaza is an open-air plaza located right in the heart of Virginia Beach Town Center.  It contains a fountain surrounded by hardscape paver walkways and sitting walls and is adjacent to some of the most popular bars and restaurants in Virginia Beach.  As it is not next to the oceanfront, Fountain Plaza tends to attract a more local crowd than the tourist-based crowds at the oceanfront.
