Located on top of the Virginia Beach Hilton on 31st Street, Sky Bar is a private club that requires a valid membership card to gain entry; additionally access to the club is contingent on compliance to a strictly enforced dress code.
Resort casual is the customary attire. No tank tops, ripped jeans, athletic gear, baseball or brimless hats are allowed. Appropriate shorts are allowed and men must wear collared shirts to gain entry.
