If you are making your plans for the Summer of 2024 then Virginia Beach is an ideal destination. Go through our Virginia Beach events guide and plan your visit accordingly.

If you are making plans for the upcoming Summer holidays then you’ve come to the right place. We will be listing some noteworthy events in Virginia Beach that are scheduled for June, July and August.

This coastal city is a popular location for outdoorsy tourists, fans of festivals, concerts, and good vibes in general. Even if you aren’t visiting during Summer there are lots of entertainment venues and VA beach events. Escape rooms, nightclubs, golf courses, and arcades are easy to find here. There aren’t that many casinos though, but nowadays you can play online regardless of where you are. You can look up polskie kasyno online and see how iGaming brands performed when compared to one another. There are lots of cash prizes, free spins and other goodies, so you’ll be able to play even on a low budget.

Now, we’ll focus on events that are lined up with the aim of helping you decide when to book your stay.

June

The month of June will kick off with Clean the Bay Day. Anyone can volunteer to show up at 9 am at Brock Environmental Center and clean the area. Also on June 1st, starting at 3 pm is Band Aid Music Festival. Book your Holiday Trav-L-Park camping spot in advance to enjoy Blues, Appalachian Rhythm, and Country Rock bands.

Oceanfront concerts Virginia Beach performances will be held on June 5th, from 7:30 pm till midnight. It’s free to attend and the shows will be at 17th, 24th and 31st Street Park. There are 2 other Oceanfront concert events that you can attend on June 12th and 19th. You can bring your chairs, food and drinks, but not alcohol. So, if you want to get the buzz going you should sip your cocktails and have your drinking games before the concert.

On June 20th and 27th, there will be a Beach Blanket Cinema Movie Series. It is a free family-friendly event that takes place on the beach from 8:30 pm to 10 pm, On June 20th you’ll be able to watch the cartoon Soul, and the live-action Little Mermaid is scheduled for the 27th.

Finally, on June 28th you can attend La Fiesta or a big concert that will feature Red Hot Chili Peppers and Ice Cube & Irontom.

July

Many already plan their visit for the first week of July, because of the big Virginia Beach Concerts 2024 event called Stars & Stripes Celebration. You can attend for free and celebrate Independence Day. There is still no confirmation on the bands that will perform, but there will definitely be a big fireworks display at 9:30 pm.

From July 5th to July 7th you can enjoy a Woodstock-inspired show called Totally Tribute Music Fest, and on July 11th there will be Symphony by the Sea Concert Series. Also returning on July 11th is Beach Blanket Cinema Movie Series with the movie Wonka.

On the 17th and 24th you can once again attend Oceanfront concerts; Symphony by the Sea and another movie night return on the 25th; and there will be Creed, 3 Doors Down & Finger Eleven concert on the 27th.

August

One of the best Virginia Beach events for dancers will take place on August 1st and it will last until August 4th. Bachata Vida Summer Festival is the only Latin dance venue in the United States, where expert dancers come to show off, and those uninitiated come to learn Bachata and Slasa.

Another show Treasures of the Earth will run concurrently with Bachata Vida from August 2nd to August 4th. Here you can buy some brand new and unique accessories, or even bring your treasured trinkets and have them repaired.

Some of the returning events Virgin Beach has lined up for August are movie nights, Oceanfront concerts, and Symphony of the Sea. But, something new is lined up for August 24th, and fans of beer will love it. It’s Coastal Craft Beer Festival and the ticket sale has already started. With the early bird discount, the ticket will set you back $35. There will be live music from 3 pm to 8 pm, so you can pretty much spend your entire day here.
