There isn’t a whole lot more to know about weddings here than in any other place.  The big question that would affect our answer is whether or not the wedding is going to be indoors or outdoors.  I would suggest paying close attention to the weather forecast for Virginia Beach in October and seeing what it is like.  The temperature here in October can range from the mid-50’s to the mid-80′.  Normally it is on the warmer side, but cold fronts have been known to blow in briefly during the fall. If the wedding is on the beach and it is warm, you could probably wear some comfortable flip-flops!
