Most any water gear is permitted at Virginia Beach. Since your children are younger, it is very important to accompany them in the water and make certain that you do not go out further than waist-high water. This is for your safety as water, wind and currents can change rapidly with the Atlantic Ocean.

Have a great vacation, be safe. Always make sure you and family members are familiar with what lifeguard stand you are located at… in case anyone gets separated.
