Hi Keith,

Almost all of the shops along Atlantic Avenue at the Virginia beach Oceanfront will stay open year round.

However, some of them may have reduced hours or they many only be open on certain days. We honeslty cannot think of any that close permanently in the off-season.

Remember that Virginia Beach is home to hundreds of thousands of local residents that live in close proximity to the oceanfront and the events and activities that are held at the oceanfront last all year… so many shops remain open for business to accommodate the local interest.

Unfortunately, we do not have a list of those shops that have reduced hours or close.  If I were you, I would not be worried.  There are PLENTY of shops at the oceanfront and PLENTY of things to do there year round!
