Good Question.  A similar Question about pop-up tents on the beach has been asked here. We understand that yours involves a little bit more so let us expound on that answer a bit more..

According to the city code, you are allowed to take a pop-up tent to the beach that is a maximum size of 10ft x 10ft.  Whatever you want to put under that tent is your choice.. tables, food, towels, cooler, playpens, etc…  However, all items that you bring must not violate any other rules.

You ARE NOT allowed to have the following items on the beach.

1. NO Heater or Open Flame (although  I think birthday candles would be permitted 🙂 )
2. NO Glass
3. NO Alcohol
4. NO loud music (excessively loud music)
