Hi Eugene,

There are not many places where you can get a good look at the Oceana Naval Air Station jets.  The base is not meant to be a tourist attraction.  Additionally, knowing when the jets will be performing training and exercises is anyone’s guess since it is not consistent or published.

If we had to pick a good vantage point, it would most likely be a roadside parking area near Potters Road in Virginia Beach.  We have provided a map below.
